When the stamping product is stretched, the temperature in the dies rises quickly. There is a way to solve it.

You will need to use a double-sided lubricator (oilling rollers) at the discharge port of the press feeder. This can effectively lubricate the material fed into the dies. This is very effective for reducing the temperature in the dies and improving the service life of the dies.

Please notice:

Avoid the lubricating oil from returning to the press rollers. Otherwise, the press feeder rollers will by slidy and make feeding errors.
